3. Pricing & Availability

Fares, room rates, and package prices displayed or quoted on the Site are subject to availability and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Prices shown are typically per person/per unit and may exclude taxes, fees, baggage charges, or optional extras unless stated otherwise. We work to keep pricing accurate but cannot guarantee that every fare shown reflects the airline's or supplier's live price at the exact moment you inquire.

4. Bookings Through TheTravelValley

• When you submit an inquiry, one of our travel experts will follow up with a quote and booking options — submitting an inquiry does not itself confirm a booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is processed and you receive confirmation details from us or directly from the airline/hotel/supplier.
• You're responsible for reviewing your booking details (names, dates, destinations) before confirming, since airlines and hotels may charge fees to correct errors after booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Third-Party Suppliers

Flights, hotels, packages, and car rentals are ultimately provided by third-party airlines, hotel operators, and rental agencies, not by TheTravelValley directly. Their own terms and conditions apply to the travel service itself. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, service quality, or acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers, though we'll assist you in resolving issues wherever we can.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to TheTravelValley and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheTravelValley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a booking made through us, including missed flights, travel disruptions, or losses caused by third-party suppliers.
